Radhika Vijay has been a very strong force behind the setting up of the Alchemy Academy of Performing Arts Pvt. Ltd.
Having completed her schooling from Mumbai she went ahead and completed a professional course in Fashion Designing and Garment Manufacturing in Pune. She holds an International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers from Cambridge University – CIDTT.
Her love for children drew her energy towards the establishment of the Alchemy Kids Theatre. Her creative skills have been greatly helping AKT in upgrading the syllabus and training methodology. Her eye for identifying talents has also greatly benefitted AKT in terms of identifying the best of resource people for the various topics being taught to children.
As the Executive Producer for Alchemy Theatres she has produced over 16 plays and her debut as a stage performer was through the play SMILE.
