Pradyumna Ramakrishnan holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from VTU, Karnataka. He worked as a hardware engineer briefly in an MNC in Bangalore before leaving the job, to go join the prestigious Asian Academy of Film and Television in New Delhi to complete his post-graduation degree in acting and presentation, where he passed out as the topper of the class.. He had a passion for acting and performance from a very young age, having been part of extensive theatre plays in his growing years.
He went on to work with established theatre organizations in New Delhi before finally moving to Chennai where he immersed himself in the cause of theatre in education. He is also a professional theatre artist with multiple Tamil and English theatre plays to his credit. He has been in the field of theatre in education (TIE) and training for more than a decade, having trained and facilitated hundreds of students, teachers, theatre aspirants in schools and colleges across Tamil Nadu.
Some of his other fields of expertise are personality and communication development, scriptwriting for LMS, education syllabus ideating, theatre direction, and language coaching.
He joined Alchemy in the year 2011 and currently holds the post of Academic Head - Onsite, Sr. Coordination Exams - Trinity College London.
